Food Games and Dream Maidens add new lighting choices

Choose daylight, warm work light or an evening look while keeping the original food and avatar artwork.

The four Food Games and both main Dream Maidens Avatar Creator editions now include Lighting controls. Try a softer daylight look, warm local light or an evening presentation, or return to the original artwork colors.

The native HTML5 Food Games light the individual food layers, with contact shadows on supported work areas. The main Avatar Creator editions apply lighting to the selected character and wardrobe layers while their menus and item thumbnails keep their original colors.

The four preserved Food Original editions offer optional overall scene lighting and a strength control. Their compiled movies do not expose individual food surfaces, so this presentation is different from the detailed layer lighting in the native recreations. Original art or zero strength removes that effect.

Lighting settings are saved separately from outfits and controller mappings. Existing cooking, orders, wardrobe choices, undo and PNG exports remain available. Desktop and phone-sized browser checks passed; physical phone and controller acceptance is still unverified.

What changed

  • Added original-art, daylight, warm and evening lighting choices to the owned Food Games and main Avatar Creator players.
  • Added source-alpha material shading to native food and wardrobe layers, with bounded contact shadows where supported.
  • Added optional scene lighting to preserved Food Originals, keeping their movie and controller files unchanged.
  • Retained the original game art, game rules, outfit saving and PNG dimensions.
