Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Magisoft Games services that link to it, including www.magisoftgames.com, our official app game store, user profiles, order and entitlement records, HTML5 browser game access, Android APK downloads, support communications, and Magisoft Games app pages on third-party or alternative app stores.

Individual games, APKs, or app store listings may include additional notices when a specific feature collects different information, uses a device permission, or is distributed through a marketplace with its own privacy requirements.

2. Information We Collect

• Account and profile information: email address, password hash, session details, account role, library access, and information you choose to add to your profile.
• Orders and entitlements: cart contents, purchased products, order status, transaction references, download eligibility, library history, and records needed to deliver purchased games.
• Payment confirmation information: payment status and transaction identifiers from payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. We do not store full card numbers or PayPal login credentials on our servers.
• Website and security logs: IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, timestamps, errors, and other technical data used to keep the store reliable and secure.
• HTML5 game information: browser-based game access records and, when a game supports it, saved progress, settings, score data, or other gameplay information connected to your account or browser.
• Android APK information: download records, app version, update eligibility, local save data created by the app, and device or permission data only when an APK feature requires it and the user or device allows it.
• App store information: information made available to us by marketplaces such as Amazon Appstore, which may include app listing activity, install or purchase reports, support messages, reviews, diagnostics, or privacy questionnaire data depending on the marketplace.
• Support communications: messages, attachments, email address, issue details, and any other information you provide when contacting us.

3. How We Use Information

Magisoft Games uses information to:

• create and maintain customer accounts;
• process purchases and confirm payment status;
• grant, display, and protect access to purchased HTML5 games and APK files;
• provide downloads, updates, customer library access, and support;
• operate admin tools, feature placements, slideshow banners, and store listings;
• detect fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and technical problems;
• maintain backups, audit records, security logs, and compliance records;
• improve store performance, game quality, and customer experience.

4. HTML5 Browser Games

HTML5 games sold through Magisoft Games may be hosted behind a paywall and accessed through your customer account or library. We may use account, entitlement, session, and technical information to confirm that you purchased the game and to deliver the game files securely.

Browser games may also use browser storage for settings, save files, progress, or cart and language preferences. If a game adds online features such as leaderboards, cloud saves, multiplayer, or user-generated content, that game may collect additional gameplay information and will need matching notices.

5. Android APK Downloads

Android APK purchases may be delivered through download links in your customer library after payment is completed. We may keep download records to provide access, prevent abuse, manage updates, and verify support requests.

APKs can create local game data on your device. Some APKs may request Android permissions if a game feature requires them, such as storage access, notifications, network access, or other device capabilities. The exact permissions and data practices for a specific APK should match that APK, its store listing, and any in-app notice shown to the user.

6. Alternative App Stores

Magisoft Games may publish, showcase, or link game pages on third-party app stores such as Amazon Appstore, and may later link to other marketplaces such as Google Play or Samsung app stores. Those marketplaces operate their own accounts, payment systems, analytics, reviews, ratings, privacy labels, and support tools.

When you download or buy a Magisoft Games app through another marketplace, that marketplace may collect information under its own privacy policy. Magisoft Games may receive information that the marketplace provides to developers, such as app performance, purchases, installs, support messages, privacy-label submissions, diagnostics, or review information.

7. Cookies and Browser Storage

We may use cookies, sessions, and local browser storage to keep you signed in, save cart contents, remember language preferences, protect checkout and admin areas, and understand technical performance. You can control cookies through your browser, but some store features may not work correctly without them.

8. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and partners when needed to operate the store and deliver games, including payment processors, hosting providers, app stores, support or email providers, security tools, professional advisors, and legal or government authorities when required.

We may also share information if necessary to protect Magisoft Games, our users, our services, or the rights and safety of others.

9. Children's Privacy

Magisoft Games does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without appropriate permission. If a game is directed to children or if we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps required by applicable law, which may include parental notice, consent, restricted use, or deletion.

Parents or guardians can contact us at gamedev@magisoftgames.com to ask about a child's information or request deletion.

10. Data Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect accounts, purchases, private game files, and download access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access to the information needed to run the store.

We keep information for as long as needed to provide customer libraries, downloads, updates, support, payment records, fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, legal, and compliance purposes. We may retain limited records after an account is closed when required or allowed by law.

11. Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help with your account information. Some requests may depend on where you live, whether we need to keep transaction records, and whether we must preserve information for security, legal, or fraud-prevention reasons.

To make a privacy request, email gamedev@magisoftgames.com from the email address connected to your account when possible.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add new games, app store listings, payment options, account features, or legal requirements. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.

14. Studio Glow: Nail Atelier — Installed Game, Version 1.1.2

Effective September 2, 2026 (America/New_York). Publisher: Magisoft Games. Contact: gamedev@magisoftgames.com.

Studio Glow has no game accounts, ads, publisher-added analytics, chat, social networking or publisher-operated gameplay service. Art and audio are bundled for offline installed-app play. The game stores design choices, one favorite and audio settings on the device; it does not send them to Magisoft Games. The separately hosted web edition requires a website connection and its host processes normal website requests.

On Fire tablets, the installed app queries Amazon Appstore's production age/consent provider at startup and resume. It processes age bands and consent status on the device to produce a coarse safety mode. Raw age data, user identifiers and approval dates are not passed to the game, logged, retained by the app or transmitted to the publisher. Raw signals are transient. A local yes/no consent-restriction marker preserves an explicit denial across restart until a successful new Amazon signal; an error or missing result cannot clear that denial.

Only an Amazon verified-adult signal enables optional tablet image export. Unknown, missing, unavailable and supervised signals do not enable export, including regions where an adult cannot obtain that signal. Local play remains available unless Amazon explicitly denies required consent. TV editions do not integrate the tablet provider and have no image export or external links. These safeguards do not determine the store audience rating.

Save keeps a favorite locally; the working design autosaves separately when device storage is available. Eligible export requires a separate confirmed action and creates an image using the device's share controls or browser download. Magisoft does not receive a copy. A chosen recipient/service may process the image under its own policies. Clearing app/browser storage or uninstalling removes local app data; exported images and temporary share files are controlled separately by the device and chosen services.

Stores, operating systems and chosen sharing services operate under their own policies, including their own collection and processing of platform data as described in Section 6. Magisoft does not receive payment-card details through the game. This addendum does not replace disclosures about separate website accounts, purchases or support messages in the general website policy.

15. Diva Nails Express Nail Studio — Installed Game and Web Edition, Version 1.1.0

Diva Nails Express Nail Studio is a nail-art game. It does not require an account and has no ads, publisher-added analytics, tracking technology, social network, chat or publisher-operated gameplay service. Artwork, music and sound effects are bundled with the installed app. The hosted web edition requires a website connection, and its hosting provider processes ordinary website requests. This notice supplements the general website policy; it does not replace disclosures about separate website accounts, purchases or support correspondence.

Your working design autosaves on your device when storage is available. You can keep one saved favorite and load or remove it through the collection. Design choices, charm placements and audio settings are stored locally; they are not uploaded to a publisher gameplay server or synchronized through a game account.

At startup and resume, the Fire tablet app queries Amazon Appstore's production age/consent provider. Age bands and consent status are processed on-device and reduced to a coarse safety mode. Raw age data, user identifiers and approval dates are not passed to the web gameplay layer, logged, retained by the app or transmitted to Magisoft Games. The signal is used only for age/consent safeguards.

Unknown, unavailable, supervised, failed or otherwise unverified signals do not enable image export. Core-only and supervised modes keep the design tools and local saves available. An explicit consent denial locks gameplay until a successful recheck; an unavailable recheck does not clear an existing denial. When local storage is available, the app stores a yes/no restriction marker to preserve an explicit denial across restarts. The marker remains until a successful recheck or removal of local app data; Amazon is queried again at startup and resume.

The TV editions do not claim a Fire tablet age-provider integration. They have no image export or external links. These safeguards do not change the app's store audience classification.

Saving a favorite is different from exporting an image. Export is a separate, confirmed action available only with Amazon's verified-adult signal on Fire tablets, or in the web edition. It remains unavailable on tablets where that signal is unavailable, even for an adult. It is not available on TV. Export creates an image on your device and opens the device's share controls or a browser download. Magisoft Games does not receive the image or retain a remote copy. A destination or service you choose can process the image under its own privacy policy.

Amazon Appstore, Google Play where applicable, the operating system and services chosen through a share menu may process information under their own policies, including store purchases and platform services. The absence of publisher-added analytics is not a statement that Amazon or other platform providers never process data. Magisoft Games does not receive payment-card information from the app.

Magisoft Games maintains no personal-data store for gameplay. Clearing the app's or browser's local storage, or uninstalling the installed app, removes its local designs and settings. Removing a saved favorite keeps current work. Raw Amazon age signals are transient rather than persisted; the local yes/no restriction marker follows the retention rules above. Exported images and temporary share files remain under your device's and selected service's controls and may be deleted there. Support correspondence is handled under the general website policy rather than the game's device-local save behavior.
