Our app-store story, then and now

Our About page now shares more of our app-store story, including Amazon, Samsung Apps, Google Play, Apple, NOOK, SlideME, and Opera.

We added more of our app-store story to the About page. It now includes Samsung Apps, Google Play, Apple’s iTunes/App Store, NOOK, SlideME, and Opera.

Amazon remains part of our story today. Our collection began in 2011, and we add new games every year. We have also shared apps on Samsung Apps since 2013. The page shares our Google Play years as Kitsunesoft Games, too.

What changed

  • Added our Samsung Apps, Google Play, and Apple app years.
  • Added NOOK, SlideME, and Opera to our story.
  • Updated the short history on our home page.

How visitors are counted

Each anonymous browser session is counted once per Eastern Time calendar day. Refreshing or moving between pages does not add another count that day. Different browsers or new sessions may count separately. A period total adds its daily counts, so a returning browser counts again on a later day.

The cumulative visitor-days counter keeps adding even after older daily chart rows leave the 365-day view. If older history predates this counter and cannot be recovered, its displayed total is labeled as partial. It is not a count of unique people. Only totals are public. This counter does not store IP addresses, user agents, accounts, or visitor identities. Today and the first tracking day are partial days.
