Magivolve: our avatar community roots in 2005–2006

Our story now begins with Magivolve’s avatar community in 2005–2006, with three dated Wayback Machine screenshots and a note on the community rebuild.

Our About Us history now starts with Magivolve, the avatar community we created in 2005–2006. This earlier chapter comes before our browser game releases as Keyeske on Newgrounds in 2007, followed by Kongregate and Amazon Appstore.

The page includes actual screenshots from Wayback Machine captures of the entrance on May 20, 2005, the front page on June 5, 2005, and the community forum on December 5, 2006. Each screenshot has its archive date, a full-size image link, and a link to the original archived page. The dates identify archived captures rather than exact launch dates; some original assets are missing from the archive.

We are currently rebuilding Magivolve. The updated homepage introduction and About page connect that work with our original interest in avatars, characters, art, and shared worlds. This is a history update, rather than an announcement that the rebuild is complete.
