  • Website update

We fixed the site list on MagiSoft Network. It now lists all 39 DreamHost site addresses. Small game sites are in the list too.

19 sites can show saved counts. We added counts from seven more sites. A dash means we do not have a count. It does not mean no one came to the site.

The big counts add up the fresh counts shown on the page. Each site counts browser visits by day. One browser can count on more than one site or day. These counts do not tell us the total number of people.

Some counts may include bots and tests. Each site can have a different start date. Days before that date stay blank. We keep sites in the list even when we cannot get a count.

Pick 7 or 30 days. Search to find a site. The page checks for new counts every 30 seconds.

The share message now says: "Have games, videos, music, products or a shop to share?"

How visitors are counted

Each anonymous browser session is counted once per Eastern Time calendar day. Refreshing or moving between pages does not add another count that day. Different browsers or new sessions may count separately. A period total adds its daily counts, so a returning browser counts again on a later day.

The cumulative visitor-days counter keeps adding even after older daily chart rows leave the 365-day view. If older history predates this counter and cannot be recovered, its displayed total is labeled as partial. It is not a count of unique people. Only totals are public. This counter does not store IP addresses, user agents, accounts, or visitor identities. Today and the first tracking day are partial days.
